Jo Burford has over a decade of experience collaborating with creators and community builders in North America, the UK, and across EMEA.

In her 12+ years of working in the creator economy, she has worked with entrepreneurs, start-ups, social media platforms, brands, and charities to help them with their creator content and community engagement strategies.

After working at Talenthouse, Twitter (X) and Whalar, Jo is now the Head of Creators at TikTok for the UK, Ireland and Nordics region. In her role at TikTok, she inspires and leads the creator team initiatives and partnerships with emerging and established creators, including public figures and athletes.
